Rachel Bennett - Singer & ComposerThe choreography was collectively devised by Denzil Barnes, Beverley Glean and Rosie Lehan.  Based on songs by composer and singer Rachel Bennett, the work deals with issues of identity, what has passed, its influence on the now and what is to come.  One Blood addresses many of the pressures faced by young adults in contemporary Britain.

Told through a fusion of movement, dance and song, the stories are sometime complex and dark and, at other times, light and humorous.

One Blood opened at The Albany in Deptford.  The tour included performances at City and Islington College, WAC Performing Arts and Media College, Charles Edward Brooke School (London), Highgate Wood School (London) and various schools in Islington.
